Miami, 1991. When his bloodthirsty desires can no longer be ignored, young Dexter Morgan must learn to channel his inner darkness as he transitions from student to vengeful serial killer with the guidance of his father, Harry. Christian Slater was older than James Remar when Dexter (2006) first aired. Dexter: Resurrection (2025) followed. Thanks to this series and most importantly, it is almost impossible to get a bad ending this time. It is exactly what I personally and think most Dexter fans want after the devastating end of New Blood. Can’t wait for the next episode, the vibes from the original series hit hard, the casting overall seems like a great choice, the main actor in the background voice of Halls sounds like he is playing him again. Lovely music and songs, a really good script for a pilot episode, everything seems to be moving in the right direction, but I’m too scared to get excited, because that’s how we all felt with New Blood. But hey, at least we have a Dexter series again. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming releases this month. Check out our December calendar for more!
