When a loyal police dog and his cop owner are injured on the job, a crazy but life-saving operation brings them together and Dog Man is born. Dog Man vows to protect and serve, as well as fetch, sit and roll. As Dog Man embraces his new identity and tries to impress his boss (Lil Rel Howery, Get Out, Free Guy), he must stop the rather sinister feline supervillain Petey the Cat (Pete Davidson; Saturday Night Live, The King of Staten Island). Petey’s latest plan is to clone himself by creating Lil Petey the Kitten to double his ability to commit crimes. But things get complicated when Lil Petey forms an unexpected bond with Dog Man. When Lil Petey finds herself in the clutches of a common enemy, Dog Man and Petey reluctantly team up in a race against time to save the new kitten. In the process, they discover that family (and kittens!) has the power to unite even the most hostile enemies.
